A short drive of 2.5 hours to the Redding area, a 4 to 5 hours drive south on Highway 101 takes you to the San Francisco Bay Area.
The Certified Nurse Midwife will work as part of a dynamic team caring for women, led by Humboldt Counties largest OBGYN practice with decades of experience and a solid reputation. The practice currently employees 4 CNM's and a PA working collaboratively to achieve superior outcomes for all women seeking obstetrical and gynecologic care . The practice is challenging and supportive and offers tremendous opportunity for professional growth.
Qualifications
o Current California licensure as a Nurse Midwife.
o 2
years of experience in full scope nurse midwifery practice, including hospital credentialing and activity within the last 2 years.
o Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
o Graduate from an accredited nurse midwifery program and current AMCB certification.
o Current CPR/BLS and NRP certification, active DEA including Schedule II required.
