Subdivision Marketing Manager Town of Scotia Company, LLC (TOS) is requesting resumes from qualified applicants to fill the position of Subdivision Marketing Manager.
The successful candidate will assist TOS in developing and implementing a strategic marketing plan for the approximately three hundred residential and commercial properties included in the Scotia Subdivision (the Scotia Properties).
Desired qualifications include:
BS/BA in Business or Marketing, CA Real Estate License, 3 years' experience in Sales, Marketing & Advertising, past work experience with the subdivision process and DRE regulatory requirements.
TOS offers a competitive salary and performance-based bonus plan, and a comprehensive benefit package.
