Our site Maintenance Technician must have excellent people, communications and have computer skills.
The ideal candidate should have general maintenance skills, be a self-starting team player who is able to work with little supervision.
Property management maintenance experience is preferred; however, we will train the right person.
This position is a 30 hour per week position.
