Job Description:
The Registered Nurse provides care to sick, disabled and/or injured persons in their home environment under the direction of a physician and in collaboration with other team members.
He/she assesses individual and family health needs, collaborates in the development of a nursing care plan, carries out nursing skills, teaches health management concepts and consults appropriate resources within the organization and community.
Required
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Nursing degree/diploma from school of nursing.
1 year of experience in home health, acute care or a skilled nursing facility.
Preferred
Qualifications:
1 year of recent home health, acute care or skilled nursing facility.
