Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited school of pharmacy in the United States.
California Pharmacist Registered upon hire.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Coursework/Training:
Completion of a 1 or 2 year Accredited ASHP residency program or equivalent education/experience.
Pharmacy Board certification.
2 years' Hospital pharmacy experience.
Security Clearance Required:
